Two-Day Winter Specialty Camp

It is with great pleasure that I invite you to our 2025 Winter Specialty Camp. This TWO-DAY camp is located on the beautiful campus of The University of Mississippi. This camp is designed to teach players of all ages the proper mechanics in hitting along with your choice of pitching or catching to be successful at the next level. – Head Coach Mike Bianco

January 18 - Hitting Specialty Camp & January 19 - Pitching and Catching Specialty Camp

This camp offers extensive instruction on the specific skills of hitting plus pitching & catching that may include:

Hitting:
Stance, Swing mechanics, Drills, Mental side, Bunting, Baserunning, Weight training

Catching:
Stance/Signals, Blocking balls, Receiving, Throwing to bases, Calling pitches, Hitting, Weight training

Pitching:
Pitching mechanics, Grips of pitches, Signals, Pickoffs, Bullpen workouts, Drills, Weight training

Each Camper needs to provide their own:

• Baseball Glove

• Baseball Cleats/Spikes

• Baseball Cap

• Catchers Gear (Catchers only)

• Tennis Shoes (For indoor workouts)

• Baseball Pants (Optional)

• Baseball Bat (Optional)

• Spending Money for Concessions & Souvenir Stand

*Please be sure to clearly label all personal equipment items

Camp Staff will group players by current year in school for instruction:

• Grades 1-3 ….. A Division

• Grades 4-5 ….. AA Division

• Grades 6-8 ….. AAA Division

• Grades 9-10 ….. Prep Division

• Grades 11-12 ….. Senior Prep Division

*We reserve the right to adjust campers' division according to playing experience & baseball ability

Check-In: Campers will check in on Saturday and Sunday at the main entrance to O-U Stadium from 8:00-8:45am.  In the event of inclement weather, campers will check in at the Olivia and Archie Manning Athletics Performance Center. We will notify campers via email in regards to check-in location the week of camp.

Meals: Lunch will be provided. *Please inform us ahead of time at olemissbaseballcamps@gmail.com if a camper has a food allergy

COVID Protocols:
Ole Miss Sports Camps will monitor and practice all health and safety regulations related to COVID-19. Any updates or changes needed to procedures will be communicated prior to the start of your camp.

Facilities: Swayze Field and our baseball performance center provide campers a unique opportunity to play in one of college baseball’s most highly regarded and recognized facilities. We will also utilize other facilities on campus such as the Olivia and Archie Manning Athletics Performance Center and Softball Complex plus Oxford’s M-Trade Park. This allows the camp to operate for the entire day regardless of the weather.

Additional Information: Supervision is provided around the clock, from drop-off to departure. Health care will be provided by a full-time trainer. Transportation will be provided for campers throughout the weekend.

Refund Policy: $100.00 non-refundable deposit on all registrants. After 5:00 pm on January 10, 2024, only a camp credit will be extended for cancellations.
